Core Manufacturing Equipment
1
Precisely draw raw steel wire to achieve tight diameter tolerances of ≤ ±0.01 mm, ensuring consistent wire quality for different thread insert specifications.
2
Equipped with advanced CNC control systems, these machines enable integrated forming of helical structures and slotted / closed-end designs. Machining accuracy reaches 0.005 mm, supporting high-volume production with a daily output of ≥ 5,000 pcs per machine.
3
Used for rolling the thread profiles of self-tapping inserts and key locking inserts, ensuring full thread form, excellent dimensional consistency, and compliance with international standards such as ISO, ANSI, UNC, and UNF.
4
Perform quenching and tempering processes on formed inserts, precisely controlling hardness within HRC 42–50 to enhance strength and wear resistance, suitable for high-load installation applications.
5
Includes pickling, phosphating, zinc plating, and passivation processes. The treated inserts feature oxidation-free surfaces with no burrs and achieve ≥ 48 hours in salt spray testing, meeting corrosion-resistance requirements.
6
Provide precise cutting according to insert length specifications (M1.6–M20), with length tolerances controlled within ±0.02 mm, ensuring uniform product dimensions.
7
Including wire straightening machines, deburring machines, drying equipment, and other supporting systems to complete the full production process and ensure consistent quality from semi-finished to finished products.
