Helical Thread Body: Precision-wound from cold-rolled, diamond-section stainless steel wire (such as 304 stainless steel, Inconel X-750 alloy, or phosphor bronze), forming a concentric thread structure. The external thread is used for insertion into the base hole, while the internal thread serves as a standard threaded connection hole.
Locking Ring (Locking Type Only): In the locking type (SL) wire thread insert, one or more polygonal locking rings are added to the standard type. Through elastic deformation, these rings apply preload to the bolt, preventing loosening.
Installation Shank (Tail-Type Only): A tail shank used for guidance and force application during installation. It must be broken off after installation and is suitable for through-hole applications; the tailless type is used for blind holes or bidirectional installation.
