Reduce Vibration: In high-vibration environments, ensure that connections are securely tightened. If necessary, use locking wire thread inserts (such as self-locking red inserts) or add anti-loosening devices.
Timely Replacement and Repair
Damage Handling: If the insert threads are found to be severely worn, broken, or loose, do not continue to use it. Use a special insert remover to remove the damaged insert and reinstall a new wire thread insert.
